Gueule de Mouton produces an excellent apple with a fine balance of sweetness and acidity. Its juicy, refreshing flesh is equally suitable for fresh eating and high-quality juice. The distinctive elongated, conical fruit explains its unusual name. The vigorous, hardy tree is particularly well suited to traditional standard orchards and locations where it has enough room to develop.

Gueule de Mouton produces a fabulous apple with the perfect sugar-acidity balance. Great eaten fresh or makes a very refreshing juice. The apples have a wonderful concial shape hence the name which roughly translates as ‘Sheep’s Mouth’.
