Transparente de Croncels produces large, tender, juicy and aromatic apples with a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity. The vigorous tree naturally develops an attractive crown. We recommend the fruit for eating, sauces and juice. Its strong susceptibility to brown rot nevertheless requires an airy position and careful handling of the delicate apples during harvest.
