Précoce de Wirwignes is one of the finest early apples from northern France. Its attractive ribbed fruit has white, exceptionally juicy, sweet and aromatic flesh. The tree crops regularly and is also a useful early pollinator. Harvest begins during the first half of August, but the apples have a short storage life and are best enjoyed fully ripe from the tree.
