Mandam is a popular commercial Saskatoon variety, ripening in the second half of July. The fruits are juicy and quite sweet.

Mandam has the benefit of being a bit less vigorous than other Saskatoons, which means it is easier to pick the fruit - it can be readily maintained at a height of less than 2m.
