Winderatter Rubin is an early red-fleshed apple intended primarily for juice and processing. Its marbled red and pink flesh is distinctly sharp and produces particularly attractive dark pink juice. It can also add freshness and colour to sauces and cider blends. Like many early apples, the fruit has limited keeping ability and should be processed soon after harvesting.
