Korralowij Marka Cornelian cherry tree (Cornus mas) produces round red cornelian cherries with a sweet flavour and a pleasant aroma.
It is considered one of the best Ukrainian varieties. The fruit weighs around 5.8 to 6 g and has a sugar level of about 12.7%.
Korralowij Marka is very productive and is described as one of the richer varieties in nutritional qualities. The fruit can be eaten fresh or used for preserves.
Maturity is simultaneous on the tree, with harvest around mid-August.
The tree is naturally resistant to diseases and crops very regularly from year to year.
Budbreak and flowering occur very early, but the flowers have excellent frost resistance.
This Ukrainian variety can produce up to 40 kg of fruit.
