Argilière is a traditional northern French apple for growers interested in conserving regional fruit heritage. Its green-yellow apples are extensively flushed with red and ripen in the middle of the season. Picked slightly early, they can keep for around two months. The fruit tends to drop if left too long on the tree, so harvesting at the correct stage is important.

Description

Argilière is a traditional mid-season dessert apple from the north of France.

The green/yellow apples are prominently covered with a red flush.

The apples will keep for a couple of months if picked slightly early. If left on the tree they usually drop prematurely.
