Geneva G210 Apple Rootstock is a semi-vigorous apple rootstock from the Geneva® breeding programme, producing trees slightly more vigorous than M.9 and generally comparable to M.26 in size.
G.210 is appreciated for its excellent productivity, strong anchorage and very good resistance to fire blight, Phytophthora root rot and woolly apple aphid. It also performs well in replant situations, making it particularly suitable for modern intensive orchard systems.
Compared with more dwarfing rootstocks such as G.11 or M.9, G.210 produces a somewhat larger and more vigorous tree while maintaining high yield efficiency. It is considered an interesting alternative for growers looking for a productive and resilient semi-dwarf orchard system.
