Sanguine Précoce is an unusual summer apple with sweet flesh tinted pale red. Its early ripening allows growers to enjoy a red-fleshed apple before most other cultivars in this category. The fruit is suitable for fresh eating and lightly coloured juice. Like many early apples, it has limited storage ability and should be eaten or processed soon after harvesting.
