Reliance Grape Vine is a highly regarded seedless grape variety appreciated for its thin-skinned berries, exceptional sweetness and delicate strawberry-like aroma.
The grapes ripen in early September and are particularly suitable for fresh eating thanks to their tender texture and absence of seeds. Reliance is known for its vigorous growth, strong hardiness and reliable productivity.
This variety is considered one of the most disease-resistant table grapes, showing very good resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew and anthracnose. Despite its early budbreak, it also demonstrates surprisingly good tolerance to spring frost.
Because of its resistance to phylloxera, Reliance can be grown on its own roots and is therefore offered as a cutting-grown vine rather than a grafted plant.
