Flexiband grafting strip

Flexiband grafting elastic strips are elastic grafting bands used to hold the graft firmly in place and provide good compression during healing.

This pack contains 10 Flexiband grafting strips.

The strips degrade with sunlight and can eventually fall off by themselves, especially when exposed. They help improve grafting success by keeping the graft union well secured.

When applying, first wrap the strip around itself so it grips in place, then wind it around the graft while stretching it enough to tighten properly. Do not stretch it fully, to avoid strangling the plant.

Finish with a knot so the elastic holds by itself. After grafting, check regularly that the strip is not causing constriction. If strangulation begins, cut the strip to prevent damage.
