Noberte is a traditional culinary plum, thought to originate from the Ardennes region. It has a sharp flavour which becomes rich and tangy when cooked. It is ideal for jams, preserves, and plum tarts.

The attractive dark blue plums are small in size but borne in abundance. The flesh is a yellow/green, and the stone clings to the flesh.
