Harry Master’s Jersey is a dependable choice for rounded, fruity and high-quality English-style cider. This Somerset variety produces sweet bittersweet juice with mild tannins. The tree remains relatively compact, begins cropping young and is usually productive, although older trees may become biennial. It is suitable for blending and can also make an approachable, softer style of single-variety cider.
