Belle-Fleur de France Rouge is a traditional large green apple, usually almost entirely covered with a flecked red flush. It is quite widely found across northern France and Belgium.

The juicy sweet-sharp apples are ripe in late September and can be kept until Christmas. They can be eaten fresh, or used in the kitchen or for juicing.

This variety seems to be a sport or seedling of Belle Fleur de France, the main difference being its darker red skin coloration.
